五 質(zhì)量

1 賣方所提供設(shè)備是全新的、在交付時沒有材質(zhì)或工藝上的缺陷且符合買方提出的技術(shù)標準及規(guī)范；

2 賣方應其出售的設(shè)備科提供正常和恰當?shù)厥褂茫⑶以诮?jīng)過正確安裝、正常操作和保養(yǎng)的前提下，在設(shè)備的壽命期內(nèi)運轉(zhuǎn)良好；

3 設(shè)備的材料和零部件均應符合或優(yōu)于買方提出的技術(shù)標準及規(guī)范。

六 設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試驗收

 1 設(shè)備交貨后，賣方應在買方通知現(xiàn)場具備安裝條件時，在一周或更短的時間內(nèi)派技術(shù)人員到場安裝，并在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)安裝調(diào)試完畢，同時賣方負責安裝調(diào)試過程中所有因質(zhì)量缺陷而損壞的零部件免費更換。

2 設(shè)備在賣方指導下安裝調(diào)試運行后，買方和賣方共同對設(shè)備進行安裝調(diào)試驗收，若賣方不參與聯(lián)合檢驗，則視為同意買方的驗收結(jié)果。設(shè)備經(jīng)安裝調(diào)試驗收合格后，由雙方共同簽署《設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試驗收結(jié)論單》。

3由賣方負責指導安裝，并負責指導調(diào)試，只有經(jīng)過安裝調(diào)試并且技術(shù)性能達到合同技術(shù)中所述的技術(shù)要求后，買方才能接受全部貨物。

Installation and commissioning of equipment

1 after the equipment delivery, the seller shall have the installation conditions at the scene of the buyer's notification, or a shorter period of time in a week to send technical personnel to install, installation and debugging and within the prescribed time to complete, at the same time the seller is responsible for the installation and debugging process all damaged parts free replacement due to quality defects.

2. After installation and commissioning of the equipment under the guidance of the seller, the buyer and the seller jointly install and debug the equipment. If the seller does not participate in the joint inspection, it shall be deemed to agree to the acceptance of the buyer. After the installation and commissioning of the equipment is qualified, the two parties shall jointly sign the acceptance conclusion of the installation and commissioning of the equipment.
