iHeir-QF防霉清潔膏簡介 （ Instruction of iHeir-QF biochemistry ointment）

iHeir-QF清潔防霉膏為白色膏狀液體，由多種天然光亮劑、水解絲肽營養(yǎng)保護劑、水性成膜劑，采用納米抗菌材料和有機安全抗菌劑復配而成。屬于非釋放型的處理劑，不滲失、不游移，也不會被微生物所消耗，以特殊的機械式殺菌（表面進行涂抹），將賦予處理后之基質(zhì)之耐久性，并且對微生物抗菌具有特的防護功能，以防止微生物所引起的危害，延長皮面的使用壽命，并能強力去污、不傷皮面、防靜電、快干、不留痕跡，且能使處理后飽滿手感及增加產(chǎn)品價值感。作為耐久性抗微生物處理劑，它具有廣泛的抗菌活性。對諸如霉菌、藻類和酵母菌都有耐久性抗菌效果。
可廣泛的使用于各種生產(chǎn)方式中，如批次式及連續(xù)式都能盡可能不改變制程及生產(chǎn)設備的條件下進行加工。具有常溫下進行化學鍵結(jié)的性質(zhì)，常溫反應即可有效（涂抹方式），高溫仍不被破壞。適用于長纖、短纖纖維和織物、天然皮革及人造皮革表面處理?？墒褂肂PB（溴酚藍液）于各種生產(chǎn)制程中或終端成品，進行快果確認。

使用說明 （instruction）

iHeir-YQ清潔防霉膏可被直接混配入有機和無機配方中。它也可被用于有機和無機基質(zhì)的處理，其適用的溶劑有水、乙醇、酮類、酯類、烴類和氯代烴類。其處理方法為用軟皮、抹布或海綿沾少量iHeir-YQ清潔防霉膏擦拭皮革表面即可。并能除去水副產(chǎn)物甲醇。在使用之前，行生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的試驗，以確定佳應用工藝條件，諸如時間和溫度條件等。
