ICNE2530D is a high voltage linear constantcurrent LED driver for phase–cut dimmable application,which integrates 500V high voltage MOS.The phase-cut dimmer holding current and theLED driving current can be set through the external resistors between 5mA and 100mA, the current precision can reach ±3%.
ICNE2530Dbuilt-innegativetemperaturecompensation function, help to improve the sourceregulation of the linear power supply system. Thebuilt-in negative temperature compensation functioncan effectively prevent damage to the system causedby sudden temperature changes.ICNE2530D system has simple peripherals,flexible application, high reliability, small volume, andlow system BOM cost.
